Primebuild & Allied Solutions Limited is looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR management, a deep understanding of labor laws, and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best talent is hired.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Advise and support management on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR executive role.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
