Job Overview
A reputable company in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring top talent acquisition.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain knowledge of employment laws.
- Foster a positive working environment and address employee concerns effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
