Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Coordinate all Human Capital activities in the factory.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
Requirements
- Strong experience in HR management within the FMCG/Manufacturing sector.
- Expertise in labor laws and employee relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
