Job Description:
An established real estate company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This position is a great opportunity for a skilled HR professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Oversee employee performance management, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on career development.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including timely submission of required reports and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a similar role.
• Female candidates only (for gender balance).
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
