HR Manager Needed in the Logistics Industry

Job Description

Location: Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, near Shagamu
Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 monthly

A leading logistics company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and improve human resource functions, ensuring the alignment of HR practices with organizational goals. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual capable of managing workforce planning, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, updating practices as necessary.
• Design and execute performance management and staff development programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in the logistics sector.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives effectively.
