Location: Ikeja | Salary: 150k/month
An HR Officer is sought for a growing company based in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Monitor employee performance and assist with performance appraisals.
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role in human resources.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
