Careers Verified is recruiting a qualified and motivated HR Officer to support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing employee relations, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company regulations
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and performance evaluations
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 1–2 years of proven experience in HR or related functions
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and relevant labour laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS is an added advantage
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
