Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic team at Tastia Restaurant. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
- Develop and implement training and development plans to improve staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and address employee relations issues.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR software systems effectively.
Requirements
- B.Sc/BA in Business Administration or any related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, training, and payroll.
- Familiarity with labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
