Location: Ode Remo, Ogun State
Salary Range: N200,000 – N270,000 Monthly
Short Description:
A reputable defense and security manufacturing company, Proforce Limited, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced HR Officer to join its team in Ode Remo, Ogun State. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a structured and fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to the effective management of personnel and compliance within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Draft and manage HR documentation including memos, letters, and internal communications
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR regulatory practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
