Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using diverse sourcing channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends to attract top talent and enhance recruitment practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment across multiple industries.

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
