Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Handle payroll, benefits administration, and other HR operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions remotely.
