Join Lifemate Nigeria Limited as an HSE Officer and play a key role in ensuring workplace safety and compliance. We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional with a background in Health, Safety, and Environmental practices, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Provide training and awareness programs on HSE standards to employees.
- Investigate workplace accidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Engineering or Sciences.
- 3-5 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
