About the Role
An established organization in the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a culture of workplace safety through training and routine audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports with recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to safety legislation and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or processing environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety management systems and environmental regulations.
- Proven experience in conducting audits, delivering safety training, and managing compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
