Job Description

The Human Data Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end data processes, defining performance benchmarks, and extracting actionable insights that drive operational excellence. This fully remote role plays a key part in ensuring data quality, scalability, and alignment with evolving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of human data workflows to ensure accurate data collection, processing, and analysis
  • Define, track, and refine KPIs and critical data points that measure operational performance and efficiency
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that monitor progress against KPIs and support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data strategies with organizational goals
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity through rigorous validation and review processes
  • Monitor and improve data operations to remain scalable, efficient, and future-ready
  • Lead, coach, and support team members to maintain high standards in data management and performance

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data management, KPI development, and process optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience managing large datasets and maintaining high levels of data accuracy and integrity
  • Background in project management and operational workflow optimization
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex data concepts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering background with experience in human data training or AI-related data workflows
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and KPI tracking methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Experience building and executing data-driven operational strategies
