About the Role
Pause Factory Resources Limited is hiring a Human Resource and Admin Personnel to support the organization’s HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategy with business goals, ensuring smooth internal operations, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Maintain administrative systems and processes to support business operations.
- Foster a positive work environment and manage interpersonal relationships across the company.
Requirements
- First Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in human resource management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of administrative processes and industry regulations.
