Job Description
Support the HR department in daily operations and employee management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
- Provide support during training sessions and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 1 year of HR-related experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software is an advantage.
