Job Description
A results-driven Human Resource Executive is needed to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. This role requires hands-on sourcing, strong coordination with hiring managers, and ownership of hiring closures, with limited involvement in HR operations and onboarding. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions across functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews and follow up for timely feedback.
- Drive offer rollouts, support negotiations, and close open positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics including turnaround time and source effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Support job postings and employer branding initiatives on job portals and social platforms.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and bulk hiring initiatives when required.
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction coordination.
- Coordinate background verification and pre-employment checks.
- Support HR operations teams with employee data updates and reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple roles and functions is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills with practical knowledge of job portals and social recruiting.
- Experience using ATS or HRMS platforms.
- Good understanding of interview processes and offer management.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, data-oriented, and proactive approach to recruitment.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a target-driven environment.
