A reputable organization in the oil and gas sector is seeking an experienced Human Resource (HR) Officer to oversee and manage HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Oversee performance management systems and staff development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Handle compensation, benefits, and other welfare administration activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the oil and gas sector.
  • Must possess CIPM certification and other relevant professional qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
