About the Role:
Rex MFB is seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a productive work environment, managing HR processes, and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with company goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while handling disciplinary actions.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee performance and growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
