Job Description
Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦800,000 net
Experience: Minimum of 7 years
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Preferred Industry: IT / Tech
Qualification: BSc minimum
An experienced Human Resource Manager is needed for a growing organization in the IT/Tech industry based in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture, leading HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate HR records.
- Lead training and development programs to boost employee performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of a BSc degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resource Management role.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Prior experience in the IT/Tech industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
