Job Description

Salary: NGN 800,000 – 1,500,000 Monthly
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

A reputable company in the fintech space is currently hiring an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and enhance its HR operations. This role involves leading strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and building a high-performance culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Oversee performance management systems and employee engagement efforts.
  • Support organizational change and HR innovation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience, preferably in a fintech or regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and performance management frameworks.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in global HR operations or startup environments is an added advantage.
