Job Description
A reputable organization in Lagos is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead its HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and operational expertise to foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with labor regulations and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all core HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and values.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies while fostering a productive work environment.
- Manage learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and performance.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (BSc or HND) in Humanities or Social Sciences and a Master’s degree (MSc) in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience in a senior position such as Head of HR, HR Business Partner, Training & Development Manager, or Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Demonstrated understanding of performance management systems and Nigerian labor laws.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SPHRI, or CIPD) is preferred.
