Human Resource Manager at White Soul Group

White Soul Group is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage key HR functions within the organization. This role is responsible for supporting workforce development, strengthening employee relations, and ensuring HR operations align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will contribute to building an efficient and compliant work environment while supporting management in achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
• Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Coordinate performance management processes and support employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal HR policies
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Supervise HR and administrative staff to ensure efficient HR operations
• Provide HR advisory support to management on workforce planning and organizational development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and Nigerian labour laws
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Experience in operations, logistics, or similar industries is an advantage
