Jewels Leading Lights Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by managing and enhancing HR operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure alignment with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary processes.
- Provide administrative support for payroll, benefits, and training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resource role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
