About the Role
Nine Star Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Officer to manage and enhance the company’s HR operations. This role is crucial to ensuring a productive and employee-focused workplace in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation process to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  2. Develop, implement, and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, resolving issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
  4. Maintain employee records and oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
  5. Facilitate employee training and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in an HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
