About the Role
Nine Star Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Officer to manage and enhance the company’s HR operations. This role is crucial to ensuring a productive and employee-focused workplace in alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation process to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, resolving issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain employee records and oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Facilitate employee training and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in an HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
