Erisco Foods Limited, a leading manufacturer and distributor of food products in Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and foster a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets and productivity.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
Job Requirements:
- B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Social Studies, or a related field; additional training or certifications are advantageous.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, PHRi, or HRCI) is an added advantage.
- Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of HR functions such as payroll and benefits, recruitment, and training & development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
