Job Overview
A skilled Human Resource Officer is needed to oversee and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies to align with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain HR records, process payroll, and handle benefits administration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or Talent Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
