Job Summary

A reputable organization in Abule-Egba, Lagos, is hiring a Mid-Level Human Resource Officer to handle core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management. This role requires a candidate with a strong grasp of HR best practices, labor laws, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and workplace concerns.
  • Monitor performance reviews and assist with employee development planning.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; MSc and HR certification (e.g., CIPM, PHR) are advantageous.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
