Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources & Admin Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing HR operations and administrative functions to support the company’s growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management processes.
  2. Manage and maintain the HRIS/ERP system to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  4. Coordinate training, development programs, and performance management activities.
  5. Handle administrative tasks, including office management and compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, with proficiency in ERP/HRIS systems.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be available to start within 2 weeks.
