Job Description
The Human Resources Admin will oversee core HR functions within a structured medical environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with solid experience in healthcare or medical facility administration, capable of managing HR operations, supporting staff performance, and ensuring compliance with employment and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
• Manage employee relations, address staff concerns, and promote a productive work environment
• Coordinate staff training, professional development programs, and performance appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal organizational policies
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation
• Maintain accurate HR reports and provide workforce data for management review
• Support workforce planning, staff scheduling, and other administrative initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–8 years of HR or administrative experience within a medical or healthcare facility
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and healthcare operations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
