Job Description

Short Introduction:
Tangerine Africa is seeking a skilled and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support its leadership in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives. The role focuses on integrating talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
  • Lead and manage the execution of talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning processes.
  • Support the development and application of HR policies, compensation structures, and benefits programs.
  • Design and facilitate employee training and development initiatives to promote continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and professional standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an HR generalist or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in social management sciences or a related discipline.
  • A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Membership in a recognized HR professional body (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
