Location: Alaba International, Lagos
Salary: ₦450,000 Monthly (Inclusive of HMO, Tax, and Pension)
A reputable organization is seeking to hire an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support their HR operations and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid HR background, strong knowledge of labor regulations, and excellent people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution in accordance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Maintain HR records, process payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR best practices.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or fast-paced work environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software.
- Candidates must reside in Alaba, Festac, Isolo, Ikotun, or nearby locations.
