An organization in the BPO sector is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Executive to join its team in Lagos. This role requires a results-driven individual who can manage core HR functions, support employee development, and ensure full compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from hiring to onboarding
- Coordinate performance management initiatives and employee development
- Design and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits structure
- Ensure compliance with local and federal labor laws and organizational policies
Requirements:
- HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (BPO industry experience is an advantage)
- Female candidates only
- Strong understanding of HR systems, labor law, and best practices
