A reputable company located in Lekki, Lagos is hiring a Human Resources Manager to drive HR strategy, manage employee relations, and oversee compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Support employee development, engagement initiatives, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure legal compliance and accurate documentation related to labor laws and HR regulations.
- Coordinate payroll processes and manage compensation and benefits systems.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR practices.
- Proficiency in HR software such as BambooHR or Zoho People.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
