Job Description

A reputable company located in Lekki, Lagos is hiring a Human Resources Manager to drive HR strategy, manage employee relations, and oversee compliance. This full-time role is best suited for a proactive HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to fostering a productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Support employee development, engagement initiatives, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure legal compliance and accurate documentation related to labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Coordinate payroll processes and manage compensation and benefits systems.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software such as BambooHR or Zoho People.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
