Golden Oil Industries is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. This role is strategic and hands-on, supporting business growth by driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, compliance expertise, and a proven track record in building high-performance workplace cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, including workforce planning and succession initiatives
- Lead the performance management system and monitor employee evaluations
- Design and coordinate training programs and assess their effectiveness through follow-ups and reporting
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipeline development for key roles
- Ensure compliance with labor laws through effective HR policies and serve as an advisor on employment regulations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s or relevant HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is a strong advantage
- 7–10 years of HR experience, including 4–5 years in a managerial role
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
