About the Role
Prosperis Holdings Company Limited is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation programs.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Maintain HR records, process payroll, and handle benefits administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable university.
- A second degree or certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws.
- Proven experience handling HR-related tasks effectively.
