In-House Architect
Job Description
An established organization within the EPC and construction space is seeking a skilled In-House Architect to lead architectural design development and ensure seamless project execution. The role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of aligning creative design with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: NGN 400,000 Monthly
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed design documentation for assigned projects
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of designs
- Review project specifications, site conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance
- Supervise site activities to ensure architectural designs are accurately implemented
- Prepare and present design proposals, revisions, and technical reports to management
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design within EPC, construction, or engineering environments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar architectural design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulatory standards, and construction processes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
