In-House Engineer / Project Manager Needed

Job Description

Monthly Salary: ₦200,000
Location: Igbo Efon, Lekki, Lagos

A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced In-House Engineer / Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial building projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a solid background in managing construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain project standards.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide project execution.
• Monitor project progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any technical challenges.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing residential or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
