Job Description
A leading real estate organization is seeking an experienced Information and Data Manager to oversee data systems, analytics, and technology infrastructure. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and business acumen to support strategic decision-making and ensure data integrity across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reliable data management systems that ensure accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable business insights.
- Oversee technology infrastructure including software, networks, and databases while ensuring security and compliance with data protection standards.
- Lead data-driven projects, coordinate with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Supervise and mentor the data and technology team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of a first degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
- Completion of NYSC.
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in information and data management.
- Strong knowledge of data security best practices and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent business writing skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals.
