A reputable organization is seeking a motivated Information Technology Intern to support daily IT operations and contribute to digital systems management. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in a professional environment while developing core technical and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting basic IT and network issues.
  • Support website updates and content management (WordPress familiarity is a plus).
  • Help monitor system security and respond to cybersecurity alerts.
  • Participate in routine maintenance of hardware, software, and IT systems.
  • Support data entry, documentation, and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (BSc or BA) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
  • Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, SEO practices, and Google Analytics is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) is considered an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
