About The Role
Moniepoint is looking for an experienced Integration Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide both business and technical support for our product integrations. This role requires a keen understanding of both technical details and business needs to effectively implement and troubleshoot solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to assess business needs and recommend optimal integration solutions for Moniepoint.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users and developers working with the Moniepoint application and APIs.
- Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical users.
- Develop tutorials, user guides, and tools (including plugins and sample codes) to aid in integrating with Moniepoint APIs.
- Support the developer community and ensure efficient communication of feature requests, bugs, and issues to the engineering team.
- Test new product features from a developer’s perspective and provide feedback to the product development team.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in application troubleshooting and debugging.
- Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
