We are seeking an experienced and skilled Intermediate Associate Lawyer to join our legal team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and a passion for delivering exceptional legal services. You will work closely with senior legal professionals to provide support in a variety of legal matters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of issues including corporate law, contracts, and litigation.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including negotiations, hearings, and arbitrations.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions for clients and internal teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal department.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle complex legal matters and work independently.
