Job Description

A detail-oriented Internal Audit Officer is needed to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance, assessing risks, and improving internal processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and financial control, particularly in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess financial and operational risks.
• Evaluate compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Recommend improvements for internal controls and risk management.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.

Requirements

• BSc in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial sector.
• ICAN certification is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
