We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team at Adike Microfinance Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to ensuring financial compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Identify areas of operational and financial risk, providing recommendations for mitigation.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements:
- HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, IT, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in audit or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of audit techniques and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
