Kennedia Consulting is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our client’s retail distribution team. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, inventory, and operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Identify potential risks and recommend measures to improve internal controls and operational efficiency.
- Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement audit plans and policies.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and actionable recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Accounting or a related field.
- Previous experience in auditing, preferably in retail or supermarkets.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in auditing tools and accounting software.
