Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly

FUNDiT Finance Company is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Control Officer to join its team in Lagos. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and efficient monitoring of operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily attendance review and operational call-over exercises.
  • Perform spot checks, integrity tests, and security sweeps.
  • Review transaction tickets and loan facilities, including proof of funds.
  • Monitor petty cash usage, payroll, and ensure proper remittances.
  • Verify physical assets and ensure asset tagging.
  • Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports to the CBN and other authorities.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 – 6 years of relevant work experience in internal control or audit roles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
