Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and execute risk-based audits across business units, factories, and head offices.
- Identify and recommend control improvements and process enhancements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and agree on timelines for implementation.
- Review compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, and internal policies.
- Evaluate and ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and integrity of operations, reporting, and asset s afeguarding.
Requirements
- MBA or M.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Food Science, Environmental and Sustainability, or related fields. A Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA) or CPA qualification is desirable.
- A degree in Artificial Intelligence is an added advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience in an international accounting firm, FMCG, or operational role in Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain within a large FMCG company.
- Strong MS Excel skills with knowledge of data analytics; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language.
- High degree of flexibility, curiosity, and openness to other cultures.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 70% of the year.
