Inventory Analyst Needed
Job Description
A retail pharmacy in Ikeja is looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to support its inventory control operations. This role focuses on managing stock accuracy, minimizing shortages or overstocking, and ensuring smooth inventory flow using analytical tools and pharmacy systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze stock levels for pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with system data
- Track product expiry dates and arrange timely returns or disposals
- Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports for management use
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory analysis or stock control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and communication skills
