Short Description:
Anheuser-Busch InBev is currently seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support inventory documentation, distribution activities, and SAP data accuracy at the Abuja Depot. This role ensures compliance with stock movement processes and governance policies while supporting daily operations and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and validate shipment documents, including SD shipment packs, Inter-depot Movement Notes, and gate registers.
- Assist with route settlement corrections and ensure customer and driver correction processes are accurately completed.
- Capture key administrative data such as broken/foreign survey results, fuel usage, and raise purchase orders as needed.
- Support stock take procedures and generate daily stock variance reports in line with company standards.
- Ensure proper issuance and receipt of inventory using the SAP R3 system.
Requirements:
- HND required; a diploma or degree in Stock Control or Management is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a stock control or inventory-related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP R3.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
