Job Description:
A well-established company in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector is seeking a qualified Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing pharmaceutical or healthcare inventory, ensuring efficient stock management, and maintaining a high standard of accuracy. This role requires a proactive individual with leadership skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock levels meet demand without overstocking or stockouts.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including supplier selection, order placement, and delivery coordination.
  • Implement inventory control procedures and ensure that all inventory records are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing pharmaceutical or healthcare inventory (pharmacy experience preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and pharmaceutical/healthcare product handling.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
